Free UK delivery on all orders over £100.
 
Orders under £100 will be sent with Royal Mail.
 
Higher value items we will ship via Fedex and Parcelforce dependent on the size and weight of the packed order.
 
Royal Mail do not consider items as lost until 3 weeks after dispatch date. No refunds or replacements will be offered until after this period. Delays are possible with the postal services and are out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delays after your item has been dispatched.
 
Unfortunately we are unable to offer our free delivery to certain areas and postal codes. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands all incur an extra postage cost.

If you decide you no longer want the goods for any reason you have a period of 30 working days (starting from the day after you receive them) to return them to us for a no-quibble refund (or exchange if preferred).

Please Note this does not apply to made to measure orders or one off items.

We cannot refund the cost of returning any goods to us unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, in which case we will reimburse you the postage cost.
